Pete Dopey

There must be one judge in this country just waiting to get his hands on Pete Doherty. Yet again in the papers for all the wrong reasons.

Pete Doherty's manager, Andrew Boyd, appeared in court today charged over a hit-and-run crash in which a man was critically injured.

He is charged with failing to stop at the scene of a road accident, failing to report a road accident, driving "without reasonable consideration" and dangerous driving. He is also charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice, no change there then, driving other than in accordance with a licence, and driving without insurance. Pedestrian Chris Corder, 42, was seriously injured in the crash and remains in a coma at the Royal London Hospital. Outside court his three older sisters said Mr Corder was in a "serious but stable" condition. Boyd was bailed - on condition he does not drive any motor vehicle - to return to Ipswich Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing on December 3. Now why would any living being bail someone like Boyd when his star Doherty has just fled the country in relation to new charges regarding the death of a socialite in his flat. Yes I'm dumbstruck too folks!!!
